Website Analytics
Our website uses a cookie-free visitor statistics service (stats.2342.dev, Site 23), operated by our parent company 2342. No personal data is stored and no data is shared with third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Optional app usage statistics
Only with your voluntary consent, our self-operated Rybbit instance (stats.2342.dev, Site 57 for iOS and Site 58 for Android) records fixed screen names, app launches, completed analyses and sent follow-up questions as events. It also records the app version, language, operating system and approximate location data derived from the connection. A random session ID stays in memory only until you close the app and is discarded when you disable this option. Rybbit does not store IP addresses. We do not send letter texts, questions, names, profile details, account, advertising or device IDs to Rybbit. You can disable the statistics at any time in the settings. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO.
Storage and Deletion
Letter text, analyses, and questions are stored encrypted to keep chat and history working. You can delete your account and data in the app.
Profiles for you and others
One account can organize your own letters, as well as letters for family members, companies and clients. Display names and details you voluntarily confirm, such as name, address and representative, are stored in encrypted form. During recipient verification, the verified letter text is processed by 2342.ai. The match with your profiles takes place on our server. For the analysis, only the details of the selected profile are used as context. Only add mail for others if you have the appropriate permission. You can delete profile and letter data in the app. The account-wide usage log remains until the account is deleted.
